Graduated from the University of Texas Health Science Center San Antonio in 1991, Dr. Fletcher began his path as a nuclear power plant operator in the U.S. Navy before discovering his true calling: dentistry. He completed an AEGD residency in the U.S. Army and went on to serve 23 years in total, retiring as a Lieutenant Colonel.

A graduate of the Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry at USC and the University of Iowa’s Endodontic Residency program, Dr. Rosell brings a rare combination of clinical precision and genuine passion for teaching to everything he does. He spent eight years serving as a dentist in the U.S. Army, and attempted to make the most of the opportunities the military provided.
For the past two years, Dr. Rosell has served as Course Director of the International Focus on Healing Molar Endodontics Course in Guatemala City — a live-patient immersion program he founded to give general dentists the hands-on experience and confidence they need to treat complex cases they would otherwise refer. He believes deeply that serving others through dentistry is not just a profession — it’s a calling. That conviction drives both his daily practice and the mission of this course: transforming dentists while making a meaningful difference in underserved communities.
When he’s not in the clinic or teaching, Dr. Rosell can be found with his family, on the golf course, or planning his next adventure.
“Precision is everything. But compassion is what patients remember.”
